Everyone struggles with challenges at some point in their life. However, if we can change our perspective on these challenges, we can deal with them successfully and emerge as stronger people. It can also equip us to deal with future difficulties. This is how I see my role as a psychologist: to assist you to gain a different perspective on your challenges.
I graduated with a Masters degree in Psychology at the University of the Free State in 2016. I have been practicing as a psychologist in Bloemfontein, in the Free State, since then. I also service areas such as the Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, and Lesotho.
My experience includes working with teenagers, students, adults, and retired individuals, with a wide range of difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or life adjustments.
